Transformers 2 (like or not) was a visually stunning movie. Here's an interesting article that I found that talks about the length today's movies will go to in order to get that one special shot.
I like how the article broke down the process and showed how much work goes into these shots. The screen shots of the steps involved helped me understand what the article was saying. Not sure I want to see the movie, but thank you for sharing some bits of industry inside magic.
Transformers was a visually stimulating movie! Though there was an excessive amount of cursing (for a PG-13), the special effects were PREMIUM! Did you like it?
I did like the movie. I don't know if I liked it better than the first, but it was filled with action, special effects, and featured my favorite cartoon that I followed when I was a kid. So, what's not to like (for me)? I do agree with Joanna about the cursing for a PG-13 movie. I do feel that movies are getting out of hand when it comes to this. How about you?
Not that I am trying to down your movie Brian...but besides for the special effects I don't see much point to the movie...and as for the original Transformers...they don't even stick by the original storyline...Shia LeBouf's character was supposed to die first film...didn't happen...and the villian in the new film dies when he lives in the original series! Uh! Haha...sorry to pick I just can't help it!Have you ever seen Masters of the Universe...its an old film but I think you might remember it from when you were a kid....that's another great one!
No problem. I respect your opinion. I do remember the Masters of the Universe movie with Dolph Lundgren. 1987 was the year. I thought that movie was the worst. He-Man was another one of my favorite cartoons to watch when I was younger. I was highly disappointed.
